Ameresco Schools (St John's)

We were instructed by Ameresco Inc as part of a framework covering 25 schools across LocatED’s Net-Zero Accelerated Pathfinder Programme. The scope required a full measured building survey, topographical survey and LOD200 Revit models for all 25 sites.

Before attending any site, we carried out a detailed pre-site assessment and RAMS tailored to a live educational environment. Safeguarding requirements were addressed in advance by providing staff details and DBS information, with survey work scheduled outside operational hours to avoid disruption.

We completed a structured laser scanning process internally and externally to capture the building envelope and internal geometry required for modelling and topographical drawings.

Using the resulting point cloud data, we developed coordinated LOD200 Revit models alongside accurate 2D survey drawings, providing a reliable geometric overview to support planning.

The project was completed within Q1 of 2025.
