Tatton Estate is East Cheshire’s most expansive privately owned estate, spanning 5,500 acres and encompassing 400 commercial and residential properties.

We successfully tendered against four major competitors to complete topographical and measured surveys across the estate.

Working through the 2025 Christmas period, we delivered 2D CAD outputs (.dwg and .pdf) alongside 3D point cloud data within two months of instruction.
