Church Bank House

Church Bank House is a historic rural property in the village of Barthomley. The building is notable for its association with events during the English Civil War, reflecting the long history of the surrounding area.

We were instructed to carry out a measured building survey to provide accurate plans for the client’s future design and planning work. Our team captured the internal and external geometry of the building, recording walls, structural elements, circulation spaces and key architectural features.

From the survey data, we produced detailed 2D floor plans together with Gross Internal Area calculations, giving the client a clear and dependable representation of the property.
