Most people who land here are trying to work out what kind of survey they actually need. If that's you, these are the ones we get asked about most.
A measured building survey gives you accurate plans, elevations and sections of a building that already exists, which is where most refurbishment and extension work starts. A topographical survey maps the site itself, so levels, features and boundaries. 3D laser scanning is what we use when a building is complex or has to stay in use, because it captures everything in one visit. And an underground utility survey finds what's buried before anyone digs.
