Bookers Derby

We were instructed to carry out a measured building and topographical survey of the Booker Wholesale site in Derby, providing accurate information to support the client’s operational and property planning requirements.

Our team completed a laser scanning survey of the building and surrounding grounds to capture the full geometry of the site. The scope included floor plans with Gross Internal Area calculations, building elevations and topographical outputs to RICS 3 standards.

Using the captured point cloud and survey data, we produced coordinated 2D survey drawings covering the building layout, external elevations and site features. All deliverables were processed and issued within two weeks of the site visit.
