Gibbon Bridge Hotel is set across nine acres of landscape gardens and 1,801 sqm of buildings, five miles outside Longridge. Extended and refurbished over the past 40 years, it now comprises 30 en-suite bedrooms and operates as a wedding venue, conference centre and restaurant.

The property was sold in October 2025 and the new owner’s developers instructed us to complete a measured building and topographical survey of the property and surrounding grounds.

Our teams attended site across several days to maximise efficiency and speed up delivery, using a combination of the Leica RTC360, TS16 and GNSS.

2D and 3D outputs were provided three weeks later, giving the client highly detailed and accurate plans of the entire site.
