Following an enquiry from a client’s development team, we were instructed to carry out a measured building survey at Swansgate Shopping Centre. The unit extended to approximately 15,000 sq ft and forms part of the wider town-centre shopping complex in Wellingborough.

Our team captured the internal layout, recording walls, structural elements, circulation areas and other key building features.

From the collected data, we produced detailed 2D floor plans together with Gross Internal Area calculations, providing clear and reliable information to support leasing, design and future development work.
